Both the living/dining rooms and master bedroom feature views of lakes, golf course & the Chocolate Mountains. A semi-private heated pool & spa are one-door away. This home has a two-car garage and 3 patios. The courtyard patio is large, private, with entrances to the home, garage, & a side gate for street access; features flowers, palm trees, table & chairs, a beautiful grill, and accessible to the kitchen thru sliding glass doors. The golf course patios are off the living/dining room and the master bedroom & are furnished with dining table & 4 chairs & 2 lounge chairs. Palm Valley Country Club is a premier community in the desert and centrally located to all valley attractions, including shopping, restaurants, theaters, attractions and the Palm Springs Airport.
